hello trying to get your website to do what u told me to see
the photos but did not manage enjoy and proset for your hard
work all very interesting to look at all of maltas beautiful land
scapes through your paintings but i greatley love the way you see
the people around you in the most humerous ways which no body else has done
proset! with a maltese touch which is so real maltese clock ect still one has to
feel free to do what they want to do and feel so to
do it freely .many can paint a land scape but not what u did do not
forget we all pass through phases nothing is ever lost infact it is a
great duty to keep records of our beautiful maltese scenes through the eyes
of a good artist and the gifted hands (the tools we are given)
proset enjoy enjoy enjoy

Mr. Zammit Tabona,
I have heared about you through friends of mine who are interested in
contemporary art. I have seen for the first time your pictures, in a gallery in
Mosta. I was soon impressed with the colours you use. Your paintings bring to my
mind new taughts and ideas and at the same time, looking at your work fills me
with joy and happiness.
Well done for your work and keep it up.

hi Kenneth - I've always loved the colours, the grasp of a world we both knew,
the sumptuousness and the absurdity of a life-style which thought privelege was
its (divine)right. Between Nicholas de Piro and yourself, you have preserved its
idiosyncracies with affection and, perhaps, I too feel a vague nostalgia for
naivety.
As for your landscapes, would you believe they brought me to tears? we no longer
have the flamboyant Kenneth covering up his nostalgia with a tendency to ironize
through his cartoons. I don't think I have ever seen our islands emerge, despite
colour and experimentation (and imitation sometimes), with such tenderness - we
may fume at its silliness and our frustrations, but the tenderness restored 'the
glory and the freshness of a dream.
In the meantime I wish you serenity, further creativity and lots of laughter for
Christmas and 2008
a hug - maria

Hello Kenneth - I have enjoyed another visit to your excellent website. Thanks
for keeping it going. The pictures tell a story without crowding the mind but
they say as much about you who structures the image, manipulates the palette,
wields the brush and not least, his passion for his surroundings and sharing his
sense of wonderment through his organization of open air painting sessions

Why critics are baffled in not being able to pideon hole your style is beyond
me. There is no need for labels. Your paintings are colourfull, freshly
inventive, at times whimsical, but always eye catching. They give a sense of

was also one called 'soprano' on display in a gallery in Sliema if im not

how much would such a print cost for each of the three i mentioned above
(assuming these are available).

Hi Ken, your art has grown on me like an old friend. I delight in every new work, and your old ones reveal new delights every time one re-visits them; little details one had not previously noticed, subtle references to work out and intriguing storylines to speculate. In February of 2004 I had the tremendous good fortune to travel through India with Kenneth and as with his art he brought to that journey an, "intrinsically unique and inimitable passion evoking a timeless and poetic portrayal" of 'his India' and its people with all their quirks and idiosyncrasies, along with all their innate beauty and in their own way, their joie de vivre.
He made a huge contribution to the journey as I can see he is making a huge contribution to the Maltese art community.
